We also use the Redirection plugin to log redirected requests and requests for pages that cannot be found (404 errors). These logs may include the requested URL, redirect destination, time of access, full IP address, browser information and referring page, where available. We use this information to identify broken links, maintain redirects and troubleshoot website navigation.

5. Storage and Email Handling
Website inquiries are stored as entries in Fluent Forms. Notification emails containing submitted inquiry information are sent to info@fullstarkitchen.com. The reply address uses the business email provided by the inquiry sender.
We use Hostinger as the email service provider configured through FluentSMTP. Information included in inquiry notifications is processed through that email service when the notifications are sent.
6. Cookies, Analytics and Embedded Services
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tracking are not currently active on this website based on our current configuration.
The website may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for website operation, security or other technical functions. Third-party services, if introduced or enabled, may also use similar technologies. External content or embedded services, where used, may involve requests to the relevant provider.
7. Data Sharing and Service Providers
We may share information with service providers where necessary to operate and host the website, process inquiries, deliver email, maintain website security and provide other necessary technical services. Hostinger provides the email service described above.
We do not sell personal information. Necessary processing by service providers is separate from selling information.

Inactive ordinary website inquiry records stored in Fluent Forms are generally retained for up to 24 months. We review inquiry records periodically and delete records that are no longer needed for a reasonable business, operational or legal purpose. Spam or invalid inquiries may be deleted earlier.
Relevant information may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary for active sales opportunities, quotation follow-up, sample or project development, ongoing customer relationships, transactions or orders, contractual relationships, disputes, accounting or tax obligations, legal or regulatory obligations, or other legitimate business or compliance requirements.
Redirection logs and 404 error logs are configured with a one-week retention period. Their expiry is processed by scheduled website maintenance. This setting applies to these plugin logs and does not determine the retention of inquiry records, email, hosting or security logs, or backups.
9. International Processing / Transfers
FULLSTAR is based in China and receives inquiries from international visitors. Information submitted from another country may therefore be processed in China. Service providers may process information in other locations depending on their infrastructure and service arrangements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information processed through this website. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
